1. Products & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions and availability without prior notice. While we work hard to keep colours and packaging accurate on screen, slight variations may occur.

2. Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — for example if a product is out of stock, pricing was incorrect, or fraud is suspected. Payment is collected at the time of order through our payment partners.

3. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns & refunds

As we sell consumable food products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or wrong items — see our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, packaging design — belongs to Sattvicveda. You may not reuse it without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Sattvicveda is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered location.
