Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every bowl. Because we sell consumable food products, returns are accepted only in the specific cases below, and the request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
1. When you can request a return / refund
- Product delivered is damaged, tampered with or leaking.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product is past or close to its expiry date on arrival.
2. What we cannot accept
- Opened or partially used products (for hygiene & food safety reasons).
- Returns raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Change of mind / taste preference.
3. How to raise a request
Email support@sattvicveda.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product, batch/expiry label and the outer packaging
- A short description of the issue
4. Resolution
Once verified, we'll either replace the item free of cost or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
5. Order cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by writing to us. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
