Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

2. Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.

3. Delivery time

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote pincodes: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

4. Shipping charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
• Flat ₹79 shipping for orders below ₹999.
• Cash on Delivery (where available): additional ₹49 handling fee.

5. Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS. If you don't see it within 48 hours, write to support@sattvicveda.com with your order number.

6. Delays

Severe weather, strikes, or courier issues can occasionally delay delivery. We'll keep you posted and do our best to resolve quickly.

7. Wrong address / undelivered orders

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel returns to us because of an incorrect address or repeated delivery failures, re-shipping charges will apply.
